Easy to order online and extremely quick delivery

Great and fast service.

Product in stock at a good price, prompt dispatch and fast delivery. Well pleased.
I do find the search facility a bit tricky. Too precise a description gives no results or wrong results and not precise enough and the results are in the 1000s because of the huge range of items. So finding what I want can be rather too time consuming trawling through especially when I know it's an item likely to be stocked.

Very efficient generally (but though the fault may be mine for not ordering fast enough through our ordering system) batteries listed as in stock were not delivered and were marked as to follow.

I had a credit error / issue with our online trade acct. I used the online chat function initially, but agreed direct comms would be more appropriate.
A sales agent called me within a couple of mins, took the order verbally & addressed the issue immediately.

Shocking Experience, will not use again!
Ordered 10 dehumidifiers (9th January), Business to Business purchase. Advised 2 days lead time which they met but attempted delivery at 2000. That was last Thursday (12th January). Promised on Friday that delivery would be by 1800 on Monday (16th January) On Tuesday morning (17th January), cancelled as not delivered and we could not wait any longer - they cannot issue a refund until the manufacturer cancels the delivery! Still waiting Thursday 19th, almost 2 weeks after order.

I would have given Rapid 5 stars but for my parcel ending up with Menzies distribution, who at best are a shoddy lot. Predictably, the box was damaged, but fortunately the contents survived okay. New circuit breaker fitted and working just fine.

Rapid by name, rapid by nature. Ordered in the evening and the order came first thing the next morning!

Part of the order was 'back-ordered', but turned up within a few days, despite expecting 10+ days - no extra charge for the additional delivery.

Items delivered promptly, well packed. A shortage in one item was immediately corrected when notified by email.

Had to wait a long time for delivery and having had to pay £5 for delivery and seeing on the large letter package it came in the post age charge was only £1.72, I feel this was not value for money and items like this should be charged pro rata for postage. Product was fine.
